Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Manage all logistics processes in 2 sites.
Responsible for internal logistics - organisation of receipt of goods, storage and distribution of goods.
Develop and maintain site procedures and processes.
Set up financial forecast and headcount planning.
Daily work with WMS and SAP.
Set up and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) so as to meet contractual terms and conditions and company expectations.
Take part on audits as per client´s needs.
Participate in regular management meetings and cooperate with client in case of some issues.
Manage and motivate team members and evaluate their performance.
Handle claims and oversee execution of corrective actions.
Administer attendance and other supportive actions.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

4+ years of experience in field of internal logistics.
2+ years of experience in management of staff on site.
Experience in Automotive Supply Chain solutions is a must.
Experience in financial forecasting.
Strong customer focus, good negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
Good organisational and planning skills.
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
Fluent in English is must.
