Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Preparation and actualization of project documentation. Designing the best possible technical and technological solutions.
• Responsibility for contracting of subcontractors. Organization and realization of the tender. Negotiation about business terms, selection, evaluation and recommendation the most suitable options.
• Responsibility for construction supervision. Cooperation with Site Manager.
• Responsibility for preparation of construction budget. Actualization of internal supplier’s database and keeping up to date agreed prices.

• University level education with a major in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction – commodities: skeleton, steel construction, facade, etc.
• Ideally blended experiences from design, project management and construction supervision phases.
• Fluent English language
• Working knowledge of Auto-CAD and MS Office suites (Excel)
• Communication, coordination and organization skills. Business and negotiation skills. Ability to effectively work and cooperate in work group.
