Distribution Manager

- Responsibility for conditions negotiation and contracts conclusion with distribution companies
- Update follow-up in sales and orders prognoses, their coordination with the marketing department
- Management of orders and sales results
- Monitor and analyze internal & external factors impacting product demand and to ensure through close cooperation with Logistic Manager the most up to date forecasts for all promoted brands, strong SOP process involvement
- Coordinate process of a new product assortment and launching in distribution channel for new brands
- Ensure sufficient stock on shelves of wholesalers during product launch period
- Minimize stock out at market level trough customer stock level management
- Coordinate and ensure smooth and efficient sales order processing
- Actively participate in finding new efficient supply chain models
- Active participation in the sales budget process
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Strong Credit Control Management
- Price changes compensations and bonus schemes management
