• Find out and understand the customers’ specific Business Drivers and Priorities.
• Have a broad understanding of current state of market (Industry, Competitors and Partners)
• Build a strategy and plan based on customer Business Priorities and current IT Maturity Capabilities.
• Unlock Gaps, whitespace and potential for growth of the business.
• Drive an opportunity through the pipeline utilizing the Solution Sales Process via his team of Specialists.

• 2+ years of a successful track record leading matrix sales teams in a sales or services sales capacity.
• Experience in selling in large, complex, high profile customers.
• No supervisory experience required but preferred.
• Strategic planning.
• Very strong interpersonal and influencing skills, good communication skills.
• Results oriented and good decision making skills.
• Fluent Slovak and English language.
