Clinical Education and Compliance Coordinator - Bratislava (m/w)

1 year contract with possibility of extension

We are looking for a PACE and Compliance Coordinator, who will be responsible for the coordination and execution of the Trainings and Education programs and services in line with the corporate strategies in assigned region (Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Hungary)
Events would include Master Classes, Symposia, country Workshops, Clinical Immersion Programmes, Mentorships, and Fellowships etc.

Main Responsibilities:

*Support implementation
*Understand and ensure compliance with regulatory policies and procedures related to education programs
*Coordinate arrangements/ logistics for education programs (preparation of documentation, coordination of approval process, distribution of invitations, registration of delegates, etc.)
*Coordinate logistics - accommodation, local transportation, technical equipment)
*Collect data to facilitate the measurement of the effectiveness of educational programs
*Pursue the highest standard of support and service to exceed customers' expectations
*Collect and archive all necessary documentation, tracking reports, metrics and follow up of budgets and invoices
*Maintain effective working relationships with internal customers and third party partners to assist educational endeavors

Skills & Qualifications

*Excellent organizational and time management skills
*Experience with data maintenance, administrative activities
*Excellent English and Slovak language skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills to relate well with various business contacts (e.g. sales and marketing personnel, HCPs, local organizers and suppliers)
*Computer skills: Microsoft Office

*Self-directed demonstrating high degree of initiative,
*Ability to meet deadlines, to handle multiple/complex tasks, to maintain composure under pressure
*Solving problems skills
