Senior Manager HR Operations Services - EMEA

We are currently looking for a truly experienced Senior Manager to be leading and manage our HR Operations Contact Centre for EMEA region, with responsibility for regional support of HR services (AskHR call centre), and potentially future harmonized regional administration.

In this role, the Senior Manager HR Operations Services will manage a team of about 40 employees, servicing EMEA business units in various languages. In essence, the responsibilities will include the management of the standard delivery of HR shared services support for global & regional HR applications, processes and procedures as well as various reporting tools and technologies. Responsible to collaborate on regional & global HR operations projects to enhance HR customer relationship management, technologies and standard procedures, the Senior Manager HR Operations, as part of the global HR operations team, will be responsible to regionally implement initiatives that drive continued service delivery improvement and growth of the HR Operations portfolio of support. Also, in this function, the Senior Manager HR Operations will support the business requirements for the HR function based on standard practices across global AskHR.

The Senior Manager HR Operations is expected to either be located already in Prague, or to be considering and willing to relocate to the Capital city of the Czech Republic.

The Primary Responsibilities of the Senior Manager HR Operations EMEA are:

* Consult, advise and collaborate with HR Operations & Shared Services management team to ensure optimum operation of Global HR standard service catalog
* Consult and collaborate with regional HR team to shepherd new support requests through the add/change process
* Liaise with the regional technology and telephony IS to setup, maintain and manage operational requirements are in-place, budgeted for, managed appropriately
* Ensure appropriate training of team Representatives and functional specialists on HR applications and processes; develop, support and assign team Representatives to ad hoc HR activities & global projects in consultation with global HR operations management team
* Implement the processes necessary to manage demand and resource requirements of multi-tiered shared service HR operations center - ensure the global standard process to maintain content in Knowledgebase; ensure continuous maintenance of HR operations functional regional standard operating procedures and process documentation
* Data quality; audit and routine confirmation of knowledge content and HR escalation processes & standards with regional HR COE functions, management system documentation to ensure proper procedures are followed and accurate information is provided as part of standard Representatives performance management process.
* Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually reports of standard global and regional metrics. Shares with appropriate stakeholders to drive adoption of shared services and continuous improvement efforts.
* Seek to reduce wastes in organization processes and is committed to continuous improvement through empowerment and management by data
* The position focuses on service improvement and stabilization as supported by the ASKHR and HR employees in the region by understanding the root causes of issues and implementing plans to remedy. Longer term service improvement planning and development is also driven by this position as country transitions is complete and service development starts.

Requirements of the Senior Manager HR Operations EMEA role are:

* 5 or more years of experience leading a customer service/operations team; BA/BS degree required
* Fluency in English, other European languages will be an advantage
* Demonstrated leadership skills: building and developing teams; motivating teams and hiring and staffing
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate across the organization to gain trust and develop solutions rapidly to meet urgent business needs
* Problem solving and decision making abilities
* Ability to determine root causes of data issues and changes to develop improvement based on findings
* Ability to quickly learn new technologies to provide guidance to others in a fast paced environment
* Excellent judgment, written/interpersonal communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks
* Experience with high visibility and/or global programs/projects

Additional requirements:

* Ability to anticipate and meet deadlines; attention to details, ability to be discreet and to retain confidential information
* Solid software proficiency in: MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
* Ability to effectively perform at a highly matrix environment
* Lean / Six Sigma process experience highly desirable
