Customer service Administrator – Technical Service - Bratislava

We are looking for a detail oriented and results driven team player for the role of Customer Service Administrator in our Technical Service department, who will be responsible for wide range of activities such as handling orders for repair and scheduling technicians for field activities, communication with end users and invoicing the technical service across Europe.

The Customer Service Administrator is expected to either be located in Bratislava, or to be considering and willing to relocate to the capital city of Slovakia.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling quotations of the repairs and maintaining data base of service requests
• Collecting and processing invoicing data and handling with accruals on monthly basis
• Monitor and manage the return of broken parts for failure investigation, tracking records of failed parts
• Requesting orders for warranty repairs
• Communication with vendors, internal and external customers across Europe


Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in administrative or technical areas
• Written and verbal communication skills in English is a must, Russian language will be an advantage
• Very good computer
• Detail oriented, analytical and problem solving skills

Preferred requirements

• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills, drive for results
