Job description, responsibilities and duties

Performs diverse secretarial and administrative duties, which by nature of the position include high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment. Provide all necessary assistance to Business Unit related to travel arrangements, visa support, conferences arrangements and other administrative tasks.

OVERALL OBJECTIVE/ACCOUNTABILITY

• Assists team with general administration (payments, expenses
and invoice handling, relocation issues).
• Organizes and co-ordinates team, meeting arrangements and
associated tasks.
• Issues letters, reports, forms. Drafts brief memoranda or letters
of a routine nature.
• Identifies issues in documents, memos, correspondence or
telephone calls that require action and handles by selecting from
available alternatives.
• Provides logistical support (ordering of materials,…).
• Sends out brochures, demos, mass mailings as requested.
• Work with other department Assistants to ensure best practices.
