We are offering Community Care Jobs in Brighton on Sea and West Sussex, positions in Hospitals and Nursing homes in Kent

We provide accommodation, training, diploma and experience. Company car when applicable.

Starting at £7.50 per hour up to £20 per hour for RN RMN and NVQ 3 and above

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To support residents with all aspects of their day to day living, so they can enjoy the best possible quality of life.

Depending on your placement you could work as a part of a team or be visiting residents homes. Compassion, good communication skills, and a calm and caring manner are essential for this important role in our company.The duty of Care and support give non-discriminatory care and support that values the diverse and unique qualities of each customer. See the whole person and not merely a list of care needs. Carefully listen and observe how customers prefer their care and support to be delivered on a day to day basis.

Duties may include

• All aspects of personal care (Showering, dressing, Toileting)

• Shopping, preparing and serving food and drinks, washing up and keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy

• Safely using aids and personal equipment. For example Standing and walking frames, Wheelchairs, manual and electric hoists

• Taking a customer out shopping, to see their friends or to other activities Hobbies and recreations such as reading, photo albums, games, etc

• Supporting residents through temporary or terminal illness

• Record keeping
