Responsibilities:

• Achievement of strategic, operational and financial figures
• P&L responsibility for the entire organization
• Development and deployment of the local company strategy
• Increase efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness
• Actively looking for an extension of market opportunities
• Entrepreneurial spirit in all commercial and business related aspects in a future oriented way
• Manage resources and ensure customer satisfaction, employee motivation, market share, profitability and compliance with safety and Code of Conduct rules
• Ensure achievement of commercial objectives
• Continuously develop market position in both markets and ensure continuously increasing profitability

Requirements:

• University Degree
• Supplementary education and experience in management techniques
• Excellent commercial and technical background
• Fluent in Czech and English is mandatory, every other language will be an asset
• 3-5 years experience in a comparable position
• Strong sales and market approach
• Experience in a process driven and service oriented international company´s environment
• Communication and networking skills
• Open-mindedness
• Trustworthiness
