- Leading cross functional team from different R&D locations (Germany, China) for development of Global 60cm Dish Washer for Global markets
- Delivering project on targets (cost, quality, time, investments)
- Leading technical trade off discussion with main system leaders and subsystems leaders
- Accountable for setting of project expenses and delivery of project at project expenses target
- Accountable to meet cross functional alignments with key stake holders (factory, quality, approval organization, system organization, marketing, procurement)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

- Previous experience in project leadership of mega projects with investment of 25 M€ +
- 10 Years’ experience in Dish Washer R&D leadership roles
- High leadership capabilities
- Advanced capability of MS office tools, especially complex project planning in MS project plan
- Basic understanding of CAD system PRO ENG CREO
- fluent communication in English
- Good understanding of the key mechanical design principles, dynamics
- Good understanding of electronic and electrical principles
- High level motivation to growth in organization
- Willing to re locate
