• Development and support of proprietary logistics applications
• Working to agreed priorities as well as global standards and processes to develop effective solutions to application change requests
• Providing 2nd and 3rd (together with contractor companies) line of support for application problems and providing emergency out-of-hours support according to agreed SLAs
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to application errors
• Work with project managers and end users to review functional specifications
• Work with other developers and application architect to design new functionality
