*Improving the quality and efficiency of the broking process
*Actively seeking out opportunities for new product development or clients interested in reinsurance solutions
*Building networks with carriers
*Working closely with Country manager and Chief Broking Officer on the local or regional level to develop the proposals for prospects and best solutions for clients
*Identifying and following up on key business development opportunities both within existing lines of business and new channels or sectors
*Identifying complex clients needs and develop custom solutions
*Establishing and maintaining solid relationships with insurers and managers at multiple levels
