Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- responsibility for all the direct (tests, resources organisation, etc.) and indirect (test
design, development of test tools, software, theoretical studies, etc.) activities concerning
component programs,
- execution of tests in strict accordance with the quality system,
- developing and selecting new test methods, test coordination,
- evaluation of product test results and reporting,
- generate test plans, procedures, and work instructions from customer requirements,
- setup and configure test setups, fixtures, and instrumentation as required by the test
plans and or test standards,
- ensure the accuracy and consistency of data results through documentation processes,
- conduct and/or supervise testing by Test Technicians,
- oversee several test project simultaneously and provide scheduling support to

- experience in a testing environment is an asset,
- demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, contract documentation,
and government/industry standards and specifications,
- demonstrated familiarity with data acquisition systems, data analysis and processing,
- strong coordination, organization and communication skills,
- the ability to work autonomously in an international environment, creativity, team spirit
and a pro-active attitude are imperative,
- English – advanced and italin or French - advanced
