Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- assure staff capacities in line with the business objectives,
- maintenance and development of the performance and motivation of the staff,
- identification and reduction of disincentives to staff,
- promoting of staff potentials,
- planning of staff trainings and determination of goals to be reached in personal and/or function-specific respect,
- responsible for an adequate offer of seminars for the respective staff needing trainings,
- promotion of effective job appraisals,
- identification of required staff development and implementation of measures aimed at staff reduction or hiring of staff,
- limitation of staff hiring costs,
- use the employer' s staff development measures as an instrument for motivation,
- introduction of leadership principles and provision and organization of guidance for executives,
- give comprehensive advice and support to the executives in manifold issues and, if needed, act as a mediator between the stakeholders,
- support of planning and decision taking within HR,
- pass on information pertaining to supervision, e.g. critical deviations,
- assure the efficiency of HR work (e.g. prove cost-effectiveness of HR measures),
- analyse key figures and deduct and implement measures...
