Front End Developer role requires a committed and flexible professional to guide UI design and to implement web interfaces intended for the company´s own destination sites and products and for high-profile partner sites.
Main responsibilities:
*produce and envolve functional prototypes
*convert prototypes into browser-compatible code templates
*coordinate asset generation
*implement front-end application logic

Essential:
• Demonstrable portfolio of front end work
• Passion and awareness for principles of responsive UI design
• Hand-coding semantic markup and maintainable stylesheets (SASS/LESS)
• Understanding of objected-oriented, event-driven, functional and declarative programming styles
• Strong understanding of raw JavaScript, DOM, and BOM
• Extensive experience with at least one major client side framework, ideally AngularJS
• Sound knowledge of accessibility issues and strategies, usability principles, implementing responsivity and SEO techniques
• Interest in emerging web standards such as HTML5, WAI-ARIA, and CSS3
• Developing UI that works across all modern browsers and operating systems
Optional:
• Working with REST APIs
• *nix CLI familiarity
• Writing functional tests (e.g. using Selenium)
• Experience working in a start-up environment
