Job description, responsibilities and duties

Financial Accounting responsibilities:

*Efficiency and cost effectiveness of processes
*General Ledger account maintenance
*Assisting in developing and updating policies and procedures within FA area
*Help to resolve issues, answer inquiries within FA area
*Help to resolve conflicts, either team conflicts or customer related conflicts
*Identify, propose and implement improvements within existing FA processes
*Compile and submit FA reports to management and/or internal and external customers
*Back up function

Leadership responsibilities:

*Monitor team performance, staff planning, participate in recruitment process
*Conduct performance review with the team
*Provide assistance and expertise to FA staff in the area of General Ledger, Fixed Assets and Reporting
*Communication bridge between FA department and Business organisations (Controllers, Local Finance)
*Prepare data for budgeting process and monitor budget on monthly basis
*Motivate, support and coach the team

Personality requirements and skills

*At least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting field is a MUST!
*Experience from SSC is an advantage
*Experience with leading a team (5-10 peple) is a MUST!
*English language FLUENT both written and oral is a MUST!
*Any other language is an advantage
*Knowledge of tax regulations, double-entry bookkeeping, IFRS
