Design Leader

*assuming technical responsibility for a complete subset: studies, subcontractors and commissioning
*ensuring quality (content, timing, costs) of the studies
*forwarding reports to the Technical Leader or project manager
*writing technical specifications and design notes
*performing design studies and details studies if required
*participating in design meetings
*preparing FAT and participate if needed
*participatating actively in the capitalization and sharing of exprerience
*maintaining technical theoretical and applied skills in the domain
*contributing to technical innovation and productivity
*in coordination with the Technical Leader and Project Manager, participating in meetings with the customer to clarify the needs, identify technical limits and obtain approvals
*track costs and improving profitability of the technical subset of the solution
*implementing the Quality policy and improving the level of customer satisfaction

Relations
* Managing the operations with part of the technical execution team
