Information Systems Support Engineer

Time division of the main duties:
60-65% of the time: user support, coaching and training in the use of Doc Emedia (the company´s document management system) both on-site in Bratislava and remotely in France; promotion of the use of proprietary Product Lifecycle Management Tool in the Bratislava team;
20% of the time: management of server-related user request to ensure continuous availability of services (the servers are managed by an external company, direct server management will involve only on-site print servers) along with the other 7 members of the team located in France;
-15-20% of the time: by 15-20% of user suport related to 4-5 of the 16 information systems.

For applications candidate provides and ensures:
* Software operability and availability
* Software maintenance (ie Bug Fixes + evolutions) according agreed support level and process
* Master Data + Templates accuracy and availability,
* Suitable access rights and software licenses
* Users support (Datas, templates, processes of the function, functionalities)
* Users trainings

For infrastructure candidate provides and ensures:
* System operability and availability
* System maintenance (ie incidents + evolutions) according agreed support level and process
* Suitable access rights
* Users support
* Data archiving and back-up

Global activities:
* Control IT costs (Infrastructures + Applications) jointly with controlling PEC team
* Coordinate the assets allocation control campaigns (licenses, PCs, Mailboxes, …)
at least 3 times a year within all PEC teams
* Streamline applications: review regularly (at least once a year)
if applications are still used and/or required and what level of IS support is requested for each of them
* Ensure compliancy to IPO requirements
