Online Peformance Marketing Manager

This will be a very hands-on role to improve and expand the Performance Marketing activities, including SEM, GDN, Facebook advertising and paid online marketing activities. This position will closely cooperate with the entire marketing team, external partners and agencies.

The responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to:

• Manage brand campaigns
• Facilitate campaign strategic planning, operational implementation, optimization and reporting
• Campaign coordination across 14 countries in cooperation with the local marketing teams
• Ensuring the implementation in the countries and gathering quantitative and qualitative feedback to optimize and improve constantly
• Creatively present products to improve conversions across the sites
• Suggest optimization tactics based on identification of trends and gaps from data analysis
