Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Ensure the data quality of Solution Manager (SM)
- Implement and set up Change Request Management (ChaRM) system
- Design and deliver SM trainings
- Improve the ChaRM tool and process, including error analysis
- Optimize Transport landscape and client setup
- Organization of Process steps and assignment of tasks to different teams
- Suggest and evaluate improvements and new requirements in the areas mentioned above
- Set up project plan and cut-over plans
- Handle landscape changes in relation to ChaRM (including new JAVA landscape inclusion), SM upgrade or support packages
