 manage and supervise the activities of planning, controlling and resource allocation at the local level in order to maximize the business value of the company,
 manage planning activities at local level in accordance with the policy, rules and principles of the whole group, contribute to the development of planning and
controlling processes and to develop and oversee the updating of local-level business and functional units,
 manage and coordinate the preparation of company and group plans in order to maximize the value of the shareholder, fulfillment of strategic objectives,
 coordinate strategy and preparation of action plans for local business and functional departments, ensure professional performance of numerical strategic
planning, use of current planning methods,
 supervise and coordinate the strategic review, goal setting, business and annual operational planning process at local business,
 coordinate the process of project planning, elaboration of methods of economic evaluation of projects and post-implementation evaluation of projects,
 coordinate planning and optimization program at company and local business and functional units and contribute to continuous improvement of the efficiency of resource allocation,
 ensure continuous improvement in cost control, ensuring more rigorous cost
control, direct local business support in cost reduction programs,
 supervise the suitability and adequacy of tools and methods for controlling and adapt them to the requirements of local leadership and organizational and other changes,
 support decision-making of local business managers and functional staff through proactive analysis and on request also through individual analysis, design alternatives and solutions to problems…

 general knowledge of business processes,

 strong people management skills,
 working with MS Office tools,
 category B driving license,
 formal presentation skills,
 organization and planning,
 strategic thinking,
 problem analysis and problem-solving,
 willingness to travel,
