Tax Manager

 manage tasks in the team for relations to state budget, manage the work of other employees, supervise the timeliness and accuracy of accounting for taxes, provide the audit of tax accounts and responsible for the stocktaking of these accounts,
 provide tax consultancy and expert knowledge of business events (cases), to
support company units of the group by preparation of tax statements and manage the preparation of tax statements and directing in operative and strategic matters,
 coordinate the work on preparation of all tax returns, responsible for the proper
preparation and timely submission of tax returns and tax payment requirements,
 revise standard and non-standard contracts and manage preparation of tax statements on such contracts,
 cooperate with expert on optimizing taxes to strengthen the control environment and in implementation of control procedures for the preparation of tax returns and statements, responsible for the implementation of procedures to ensure their own control,
 cooperate with external tax advisors, auditors, formulate an opinion on the findings of a tax audit and propose measures and opportunities for legal redress,
 participate in selected projects and upon request, provide tax advice and expertise,
 monitor changes in tax legislation, participate in the preparatory phase of the tax
legislation and suggest changes In accordance with the strategy of the company,
ensure compliance with tax legislation, issue statements on needed changes of company's procedures, prepare updates for leadership and ensure their proper implementation,
