Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

 assure that all vehicles put on the road are properly insured according the terms and
conditions of both the leasing contract and the insurance policy,
 provide to client/driver mandatory documents related to valid insurance policy,
 calculate and control insurance premiums invoiced by the insurance company and/or
insurance intermediaries,
 be available for internal consultancy and advice on insurance business in relation to the lease contract
 support drivers in the process of accident declaration and the repair process of the
damaged vehicle, guaranteeing maximum mobility,
 evaluate the claim and manage all necessary actions towards insurers, brokers, experts and repair suppliers to optimize the direct and indirect claim costs,
 ensure claims management for the interest of both client and company,
 ensure the follow-up of the claims files, including thefts and total losses in order to
minimize costs, maximum recovery from reliable 3rd party and optimize mobility of
vehicles,
 ensure client loyalty by supplying a rapid, reliable service,
 contribute in quality of brand image towards drivers by a professional attitude and a good reactivity in the operations treatment,
 maintain a good professional relationships with insurance companies, insurance
intermediaries and all claims management suppliers,
