Job description, responsibilities and duties

 entering of supplier invoices,
 preparing accounts payable documentation for and timely processing of payment runs,
including VAT treatment,
 reconciliation of vendor accounts,
 processing electronic transfers,
 preparing weekly cash flow forecasts for accounts payable,
 supporting on Supplier Financing tools,
 entering of customer payments,
 processing of sales invoices and credit notes,
 regular monitoring of accounts receivable,
 processing of fixed asset additions, disposals and inter-company transfers according to
accounting policy,
 maintaining / creating asset master data…
