Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Entering of supplier invoices
- Preparing accounts payable documentation for and timely processing of payment runs, including VAT treatment
- Reconciliation of vendor accounts
- Processing electronic transfers
- Preparing weekly cash flow forecasts for accounts payable
- Supporting on Supplier Financing tools
- Entering of customer payments
- Processing of sales invoices and credit notes
- Regularing monitoring of accounts receivable
- Processing of fixed asset additions, disposals and inter-company transfers according to accounting policy
- Maintaining / creating asset master data
