Your key responsibilities will be:
• Leading a team of junior auditors and monitoring their work
• Audit of financial statements in accordance with International Auditing Standards in different industries;
• Responsibility for management of audit engagements at client premises;
• Communication of audit findings to managers and partners;
• Interact with clients to help ensure the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient;
• Identify performance improvement opportunities;

Essential Skills:
- At least 3 years of work experience in audit
- Knowledge of ISA standards
- Ability to manage the team of 2-4 junior auditors
- Team player
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ability to work autonomously

Other requirements:

- Flexibility to travel within Slovakia
- Desire for continuous self-improvement
- Proactive approach to problem solving and delivering client solutions
