Job Content (main tasks, responsibilities):
• Performing work independently and effectively according to superior’s assignments
• Responsibility for leading independent orders (planning, implementation, monitoring of deadlines). Independent preparation of report from order
• Resolution of technically more complex sections within orders
• Coordination of team when leading orders
• Delegation of work to subordinates and inspection of their output
• Technical management of assistants and responsibility for their training
• Continual evaluation of subordinates (feedback). Official evaluation at end of season
• Professional and effective communication with clients
• Cooperation in product development of given services

Professional Abilities:
• Education achieved: University (complete 5-year studies in economics or IT)
• Years of experience: at least 3 years
• Specific knowledge and skills:
o knowledge of English language (active use),
o excellent knowledge of accounting,
o orientation in IFRS,
o orientation in tax issues and legal contexts,
o advanced knowledge of MS Office,
o excellent knowledge of audit techniques (active knowledge).
