Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
- Searching for new export business opportunities: primarily via FMCG distributors, retail buyers, sales agents
- Aggressively pursue new business opportunities with new and existing customers
- Thorough market analyses to be carried out
- Responsible for creation and fulfilment of business plan goals for particular export territories
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for particular regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit
- Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
- Responsible for setting sales budget and adhering thereto
- Co-create, develop and implement MAX SPORT’s export policy
- Active participation in trade shows
- Work cooperatively with Export Business Development Director and peers
- Establishing and building strong relationships with existing and new business partners
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Monitor, analyse, record and report on international business activities to the Export Business Development Director

- Enjoying personal satisfaction and joy in closing and building a business
- Expected to become an expert in MAX SPORT’s category of healthy snacking within 6 months
- Previous project management experience is an advantage
- Problem solving skills are a must!
- Excellent English (both written and spoken) is a must!
- German is a huge advantage, any other foreign language is a big advantage (French, Spanish…)
- To be passionate about the health market is a complementary advantage
- Willing to travel on ad hoc basis
