Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Quality Systems Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination and implementation of Quality Management Systems and Quality Improvement activities.
• Responsible for implementation, control and overall monitoring of the Quality Management Systems and Environment Management Systems in the company (QMS/EMS).
• Internal Audits and reviews of the QMS/EMS.
• Development and improvement of the QMS/EMS.
• Responsible to formulate documents like quality manuals, management standards and technical standards in QMS/EMS.
• Coordination of those responsible for the quality of individual departments and laboratory.
• Training and compliance of the staff with the requirements of the System; compile & write training material and conduct training sessions on QMS requirements, tools & methodologies
• Define requirements for personnel trainings in the QMS/EMS.
• Communication and collaboration with the certification and accreditation bodies.
• Represent the company during the third party audits of the quality management systems.
• Management of any other matter relating to the Quality Policy of the company
• On regular basis organize quality review and give assistance to management representative with management review.
• Team Orientated Problem Solving (Corrective Preventative Actions).
• Participate in Continuous Improvement.
• Coordinate Internal Audits / layered audits
• Interaction with customer’s representatives regarding QMS/EMS.
• Promoting awareness or our quality policy & customer requirements within the company; recommend changes to internal procedures, forms, tags, etc.
