KEY DUTY - To cover complex agenda of the Finance department and provide professional and accurate support to the Finance Controller in all accounting related areas.
Inventory - update cos, roll up BOMs, reports
Inventory adjustments, transactions. processes review
Stock ledger, MRO ledger reconciliation to GL
FA put in use, reconciliation of the accounts
FA count, protocol, count differences disposals, tax depreciation
Projects analysing - capex, tooling, DEV
Depn calculation, close CAPEX module, check correctness of data
Year end financial data preparation
FA count data preparation
MRO count preparation, result
Internal rules, process flows
Reporting, walks supporting data
Tax returns
Processes set up, changes
Audit data preparation
Covisint monitoring and review of selling prices, check data in CMS
Loading file - mapping accounts
Payroll calculation review, vacation accrual, review of data
JE, DIR, INDIR monthly change comparison
AP, AR standing data update
Charge backs
Audit kit data
Clear system data - open Pos, AP bank, monthly binder
Scrap monitoring, reclass JE
Monitoring billing tooling invoices, follow up payments
