Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Employment contract is for a definite period of 16 months (replacement during maternity leave).
HR activities:
• Provides administrative support to the local Head of HR in accordance with actual needs
• Keeps employee attendance records for holiday and salary calculation
• Coordinates holiday planning, updates holiday registration system
based on approved holiday sheets
• Prepares and distributes meal vouchers to employees
• Arranges both internal and external recruitment advertising
• Performs administrative and organizational work related to start of
new employees
• Organizes entry medical check-ups
• Arranges electronic entry cards for new employees
• Provides organizational support for educational activities of
employees
• Provides administrative support for the system of benefits and
updates related employee lists (health care, language trainings,
culture, sports, etc.)
• Sees that leaving employees settle their commitments towards the
company
• Is responsible for organization of social and sporting events for
employees
• Organizes Health and Safety at Work training for new employees
and re-trainings for the staff in necessary intervals
• Keeps records of documentation related Health and Safety at Work
and Coordinates related activities with external agency
Office duties:
• Provides mailing services, including courier services
• Provides support to employees travelling for business
trips (flight tickets, accommodation booking, taxi ordering, etc.)
• Orders stationary and refreshment for meetings
• Prepares meetings, books meeting rooms, coordinates
arrivals/departures of visitors, books accommodation, etc.)
• Takes care about visitors, provides them with entry cards and
contacts them with persons visited
• Takes care about the technical equipment administrated by the
reception (copy machines)
