Job description, responsibilities and duties
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Service Desk Representative Temp handles requests regarding products and services usage and provides support to Marlink Customers.
Activities:
Work from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 to 17:30 (flexible hours in accordance with school schedule) , later possible work in 24/7 shifts
Service Desk Representative Temp handles requests regarding products and services usage and provides support to Marlink Customers.
Activities:
- Categorisation of each created ticket.
- Qualification of each ticket per Marlink products and services
- Creation of ticket contact when contact is not automatically assigned
- Collect information from Marlink Databases related to customer demand
- Update ticket with collected information
Work from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 to 17:30 (flexible hours in accordance with school schedule) , later possible work in 24/7 shifts
