Marceng Lts is a UK based Engineering company that recruits Tradesmen and Management from the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia for UK based projects.
The type of people that we recruit include Project Managers and Supervisors, Welders, Fabricators, CNC and other types of worker as required.
We are currently seeking to recruit an ambitious professional to ensure that personnel are recruited from the Central European region in order to fulfil the manpower requirements of our fast growing Company.
Job duties:
1. Advertising through suitable channels such as Job Centres, Internet, Newspaper and Magazines and processing the response accordingly.
2. Interviewing of candidates in various locations
3. Negotiating and setting up of Testing Facilities for Welders and Fabricators to the specifications required and ensuring that quality standards are maintained.
4. Liaising with Management and staff in our UK based Head Office to ensure smooth Operations from job requirement, submission of suitable candidates to liaising over travel arrangements.

The suitable candidate would be ideally located in the Moravian region and will posses the following attributes:
The ability to recruit the right people for the jobs required in an efficient and proactive manner
A basic knowledge of Engineering especially in Welding and Fabrication processes. Training in our UK based engineering facility can be given to the right person.
A proven track record either in HR OR Welding and Fabrication.
The ambition to build a successful business and assume a Management role over time through personal performance
A full driving licence and to be prepared to use a company car
The flexibility to travel both within the Central European region and to spend periods in the Head Office in the UK
Management of budgets and resources through liaison with the Head Office.

Salary plus performance related bonus up to 15.000CZK if the right target is achieved
