Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will be responsible for:

• Manages facility related vendors - responsible for constracts and costs
• Monitors, upkeeps and maintains DC infrastructure. Ensures effective usage of building space.
• Works with other functions to coordinate arrangement of new
• Maintains all facility related policies and manages facility risk related processes
• Reviews and maintains Health, Security and Environment documentation
• Ensures security related policies and structures are implemented, executed and maintained according to internal and external regulations.
• Coordinate cleaning/ maintenance/ repairs of equipment at company premises
• Oversees company flats usage and company mobile phones.
• Performs other tasks as requested by Company Management

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

Our requirements:

• 2- 4 years of experience with the office building administration
• Direct work experience in vendor management or facility related function
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions in line with customer expectations
• Performance oriented - Ability to drive performance to stretch targets
• Excellent relationship management skills – coordinating with different functions and client contacts to provide customer value
• Positive attitude, open mindedness, being receptive to all ideas and feelings in an aim to create win-win situations
