Náplň práce, pravomoci a zodpovědnosti

Portfolio Management: Actively managing the Firm's lease contracts to find opportunities to optimize real estate commitments and to manage the Firm’s occupancy costs. Designing and executing a real estate strategy for each office/location in line with Firm real estate strategy and in co-ordination with office and Firm leadership. Transaction Management: Working closely with offices in renewals, relocations, new locations, renovations, subleasing or any other transactional matters. Activities include defining the requirement, leading the building selection process, negotiating/executing contracts (brokers, architects, project managers, leasing and other), design/workplace strategy (supporting offices in designing new space and sharing best practice in workplace design) and coordinating the implementation of any construction/build out process (including setting/managing the construction budget).
Strategy: Contributing to development and implementation of Firm real estate strategic initiatives.
Reporting and information management: Tracking and analyzing occupancy spend and projecting future occupancy costs. Tracking and analyzing lease dates and Firm real estate metrics to support Portfolio and Transaction Management.
Vendor selection, engagement and management: As part of Portfolio and Transaction Management, selecting and engagement of external advisors e.g., architects, project managers, brokers, construction specialists.

The Real Estate Portfolio Manager will work closely with a Senior Portfolio Manager to represent Firm Real Estate in setting and implementing the real estate strategy at a regional level and contributing to the development of the Firm’s global real estate strategy.

Prerequisites
• At least 5 years of experience in real estate in corporate environment
• University degree in real estate, law, finance or related field
• Strong command of English language both verbal and written
Soft skills
• Ability to build relationships and to work collaboratively with senior office leadership
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional negotiation and project management skills
• Strong integrity, maturity and fairness in dealing with people and confidential information
