Service Desk Analyst with fluent English + Italian, or French

Your future responsibilities:

• Communication with customers (by phone or email) in their native language
• To answer calls and solve customers problems
• Escalate queries to appropriate personnel if required (in English)
• Ensure consistent productivity and quality of customer service
• Administration associated with statistics and databases
• To learn about IT and to work in IT environment

You will need:

• At least high school education
• Fluent English and German (Italian or French)
• Excellent communication skills
• To be an advanced user of PC systems
• Tolerance to stress
• To be an enthusiastic person, willing to work in a team and to learn
• Ability to work well in an international environment
