Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will be responsible for:

HR Project Support
• Management of recruitment activity across multiple business units
• Co-ordination of the Performance Management process
• Contribute to the successful implementation and ongoing reporting of HR metrics
• Production of key management information including detailed reports
• Implementation of international policies and initiatives
• Planning and focus on key employee productivity and engagement factors in the global environment
• Support unit specific business strategies

HR Strategic Support
• Supporting the HR Business Partners with workforce planning activities on a global basis
• In the event of HRBP absence the role may require to manage a variety of HRBP activity e.g. leading high-value recruitment programs and handling complicated functional exits

HR Effectiveness
• Continue to improve global HR tools and processes, provide cost effective global HR support
• Support development of International HR metrics/dashboard
