Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead, support and motivate your team to achieve deployed targets in paintshop
- Conduct safety traiining for new employees
- Responsible for inducting all team members
- Ensure adherence to agreed standards, processes and safety of the workplace.
- Develop, document and assure standardised work and stable production
- Provides governance of and checks for standard work / process confirmation
- Ensure the team is adequately trained to follow Standard Operating
- Disciplinary and attendance management responsibility for team members.
- Identify training needs of team members and deliver on job training
performance.
- Define workplace organisation requirement and ensure adherence with the 5S
