Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Process Coordinators role within the BOSC is to provide support to the Account Team by executing standard contract management processes which ensure the contract remains controlled and compliant with external & internal audit requirements. Amongst other regular tasks, the PC will be expected to undertake the following:

• Assist the SO Account Business Office in meeting client Service Level Agreements

• Play an active role in SO Account Process Reviews and ensure that the appropriate tools are updated with relevant output.

• Provide reporting and management information to the BOSC and SO Account Business Office

• Identify out of line situations and manage these to a satisfactory conclusion with the relevant owner

• Be responsible for and take ownership of updating the appropriate IBM tools to ensure accurate and auditable data quality

• Pro-actively work with the Account Business Office to ensure all PgMS processes are followed correctly

• Key to the success of this role is the ability to establish pro-active and trusting relationships such that the Process Co-ordinator is accepted as a pivotal member of BOSC and the SO Account Business Office.
