Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Customer Sservices Representative is responsible for handling client related information inquiries or requests received via telephone and e-mail from client's Customers, Clients, Business Partners and Personnel. Services provided may include, but are not limited to, the following: First point of contact, general Information support, registration support, web navigation assistance, data base management. They perform interrelated activities that deliver the primary service provided by the business function. They have knowledge and experience in using a few specialized tools and procedures to address the requester's needs. Forward complex matters to the appropriate knowledgeable source. Primary measurement is customer satisfaction with the handling of the requests.

Responsibilities:
Operates as first point of contact for all customers covering every query type. Accurately represents client’s quality image and provides best possible service. Requires command of written and verbal communication.
Excels in customer satisfaction through a major focus on "First Access Resolution", a drive to ensure that our customers receive the right answer, first time from Service Centre without having to be transferred. Primary measurement is client satisfaction with the provided services.
