Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Consultations, installations and configurations of our software solution at customer and partner site
- Ensuring of right deployment of a product on a customer site – installation, configuration and related consultation
- Troubleshooting related to a product
- Building of a strong relationship with clients by presenting the product in the companies and by delivering a professional training for clients
- A customer support on 2nd and 3rd level, communication with 1st level support - Troubleshooting, incident and problem analysis, software testing
- Optional: Trainings and presentations for partners, customers and internal departments
