Job description, responsibilities and duties
In addition to on-site services, successful candidate will provide off-site Services at the Client's premises in Kosice like integration testing, feature testing and R&D support (home office is a possibility).
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Install and configure Surveillance Application for localization reference system and other supporting systems.
- Administrate and maintain the database for Location reference system
- Work with engineers around the world and obtain design approvals for new integration activities
- Support the regular maintenance and upgrade activities related to systems
- Manage system verification lab to achieve the following:
- New release validation (installation, upgrades, feature validation)
- Patch testing (installation, patch sanity testing, patch soak)
- Reproduction of customer field issues
- Troubleshoot customer issues
The place of work in Slovakia does not matter very much since you will spend up to 70% of time abroad in countries such as Qatar, Oman, Algeria, Nigeria, Malaysia.

- At least 5 years of experience preferably working for a GSM carrier and/or Wireless/Telecommunication infrastructure vendors or experience in technical customer service, preferably in the telecommunications
