Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Web Builder you will be responsible for adapting and publishing content to client’s established web sites. Your work will be done according to client requirements delivered through the internal role of Web Production Lead. Published content must adhere to the client’s brand design standards, W3C standards, cross-browser-compatibility requirements, and web accessibility.

• Pro-actively monitor Concentrix ticketing system for unassigned requests and pick them up based on the pre-defined priority.
• Review the instructions and decide if the request is feasible within the given deadline.
• Clarify any missing information with the Web Production Lead or Web Delivery Lead.
• Adapt the content for publishing to adhere with client’s brand design standards, W3C standards, cross-browser-compatibility requirements, and web accessibility.
• Document your work using comments, guides and knowledge sharing
• Be vocal about any missing guidelines, gap in the procedures or discrepancy in the standards.
• Continuously work to identify new technology requirements

Required skills
• Fluent in English – B1 or higher.
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
• Ability to plan, prioritize workload and effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
• Eye for detail.
• Ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3 skills and understanding responsive design principles
• Experience with DOM manipulation
• Recent experience with JavaScript/jQuery and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments.

Desirable
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript or other object oriented programming language
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of another foreign language.
• IT background.
