Site Project Engineer (biochemics)

Job description, responsibilities and duties
Key duties:
- Directs functional authority for the project, planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering .
- Coordinate work package tasks and ensure their accomplishment.
- Ensure that manufacturing milestones are passed successfully,ontime
- Reviews design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements.
- Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
- Evaluate at plant locations subcontracting possibilities.
- Participates in technical meetings with local Contractor(s) and with Customer as well as all meetings with local Authorities.
- Evaluates design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of project documentation acting as liaison between the local Contractor and Client Project Team members.
- Supports the Project Planning and the Project Manager activities in order to provide all data and information needed for planning issues and reporting.
- Supports, if and when requested to do so, the purchases, sub-supplies, production, field operations in order to assure the necessary links and technical assistance within the resource budget allocated by the Project Manager.
- Ensure technical coordination of all phases of the project progress
Business trip requirements: 1 week / month (Europe)
