BP Compliance role includes:
- yearly revalidation of BPs, Integrity Training requirement and Code of Conduct process employees will be split per countries (or multiple countries) based on their language skills
- sending written communication to partners, phoning them and asking to complete all those 3 requirements within 60 days then in last 90 days, they will be creating notice of terminations and follow up on partners and BPRCs in countries
- answering questions from partners, helping them to get complaint

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- review of Revalidation form from Business Parner (clarify with legal/HR/Finance)
- perform vetting and certification Checks
- submit revalidation form for approval
- communicate directly with IBM business partners and BP Client Reps about IBM requirements and compliance programs
- Handle terminations of BP
