- Improve painting / flocking / foil process and the performance of painting / flocking lines
- Program flocking machines
- Set and follow up right maintenance of the flocking and painting lines
- Support other plants on painting and flocking processes when needed
- Train and support local flocking / painting supervisors
- Proposes and implements measures to improve quality and eliminate causes for scrap

- Education: engineering studies
- Experience in a flocking and painting function preferably in automotive production (ISO TS 16949, lean, 5S, etc) is plus
- Knowledge in painting and flocking is plus
- Excellent knowledge of English language; knowledge in Dutch is a plus
- Good communication skills, ability to transfer knowledge and mentoring others
- Dynamic and proactive personality, strong results orientation, problem-solving skills
- Excellent PC skills
- Driving licence - active driver, willingness to travel (20% working time)
