Technical Skills Trainer / Coordinator
Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Set up a whole concept of a Trainings Center that will be able to deliver specific training needs for employees in production (CNC operators, programmers, engineers and management)
- Oversee hard and soft skills training needs including language courses and technical skills trainings
- Develops and Monitors the best practice in the training area and the Training centre
- Identifies training needs and training gaps within employees in a close cooperation with the HR manager and line managers
- Provides inputs to the Training Strategy and the development of specific training development plans
- Plans training courses and sessions and manages and monitors the assigned training budget
The role is placed in Rimavska Sobota region.
