Position Summary and Responsibilities:

The CSR is responsible for handling information enquiries, focusing on the delivery of a high quality, customer oriented service to external clients. Requests are received in phone call or written format from external customers.

Services provided may include, but are not limited to, the following:
first point of contact
general information support
trouble-shoot
data management and monitoring

They have knowledge and experience in using a few specialized tools and procedures to address the requestor's needs. Forward highly complex matters to the appropriate knowledgeable source. Primary measurement is customer satisfaction with the handling of the requests.
