Post Announcement Support team member is the 1st level of contact for the end-user operations for any Post Announcement issues related to the product and price data availability in Sales Manual systems and tools within legacy and Blue Harmony environment.
Your responsibilities would be:
• Drive customer satisfaction by providing effective post announcement support for products and prices announced in Europe, AP and America in legacy environment by analyzing of customer requests/queries and ensuring resolutions of Post Announcement issues
• Take problem ownership and drive solution to ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses to inquiries
• Perform activities related to product data and price updates if Post Announcement issue raised in order to answer country requests by using of variety of available systems
• Act as interface between customers and other departments within and outside STS PI organization
• Perform root cause analysis of product indicator & price related items to ensure correct placement of orders or accurate billing
• Provide quality improvement and ensure prompt problem solving processes
• Provide subject matter expertise to efficiently support all related requests
• Aim of excellent team work
Position is supporting Worldwide business, working on the shifts 6.30 am – 9 pm
